Co-Founder Chief Legal Officer (Open - Equity + Commission)

 

Skills

  • Experience with IP litigation in tech and service business models

  • Experience with general counsel work at a startup

  • Interest in legal conversations around the developing disruptive tech topics such as data privacy and AI policy

  • Some experience or knowledge of SPACs, crowdfunding and other startup funding vehicles

  • Knowledge of North American, EU and emerging markets such as Asia, Middle East and Africa

  • Some experience in managing cross-border taxes or migrating legal entities and assets across geographies

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage expectations. Note that your job description will evolve over time as we change directions to support our customer base

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
