Discussion Goal

The importance of DevSecOps on transformations has increased with the recent security concerns and the need for high speed-to-market. We will discuss how DevSecOps creates an environment for success on transformations, followed by how to ensure business & IT collaboration to successfully enable DevSecOps.

  • Post COVID-19 considerations and how business & IT can collaborate for best ROI from DevSecOps?

Key Discussion Areas

We started the discussion with key parts of a technical DevOps journey, based on a previous discussion with Maria. From there, we expanded into DevSecOps with following items:

  1. What is the driving need for Security now in DevOps work during the pandemic?

  2. What are the major technology components of DevSecOps and what are the key considerations for each one?

  3. What does it mean to take DevSecOps to scale within an organization, especially during the pandemic?
